On Instacart’s core customer team, I worked with an array of cross-functional partners to redesign how customers shared their feedback with both Instacart and the people delivering their groceries.

The project resulted in unlocking Instacart’s quality pilot, increasing the number or rated orders by 10%, a better distribution of ratings, and cleaner data collection across platforms.

 
 
Order ratings was standardized across platforms to ensure UX experience parity and smoother flow of data
