Earners on Uber have a variety of signals coming at them telling them when and where to deliver food and drive. The plethora of promotions, bonuses, surge pricing, and more had led to confusion and churn. To help earners make the most of their time working on Uber, I collaboratively led Uber Eats’ strategy to centralize and present high value earnings opportunities.
The opportunity center project was a joint effort in which I spearheaded collaboration across Eats, Rides, and a host of cross functional partners to devise an earner-centric, iterative approach to solving an evolving marketplace challenge.
